Basically it patches borderlands2.exe, change console hotkey and download and place community patch, pretty much all stuff craig did in his video, but automatically. Also it checks for the latest version, so you can use it for update patch and read a changelog. You can verify your game data by right clicking on Borderlands 2 in the game library, click on Properties, then select the “Local files” tab and click on “Verify integrity of game cache” (defragmenting the cache files in this menu is also a good idea to help performance, if you have never done so).
